SU42 Hope is a fishing vessel now sailing under German flag. When changing flag state, thec checked the vessel’s documentation against conformity with the new flag state requirements. Necessary changes and updates require approval by the classification society or the flag state authority itself.  In course of this action, the stability documentation needed to be updated as well as safety related documents such as fire & safety plans or closing plans.  Furthermore, the project management in terms of communication and organization of meetings, vessel visits with the flag state authority staff and vendors regarding vessel modifications were organized by thec.
